If you use Guest Account your game progress is saved on your device. You may continue playing Free Fire on the guest account but it does not protect you if you have to reinstall the game / update to new version or in case you lost or changed your current device.
In order to prevent any loss of account data while reinstalling or switching devices or switching between accounts we highly recommend to bind your account to any available platform to save your login information and progress in our server.
Follow the steps to ensure proper Binding of your account safely and securely:
1) Firstly make sure that you have the latest Free Fire version installed in your device.
2) Make sure to have an account at least on one of available platforms for binding (e.g. if you planning to bind your game data with Facebook you need to have Facebook account etc.). Also make sure this platform app is installed and updated to latest version in your device with your account logged in.
3) Open your Free Fire guest account.
4) Tap on Settings:
5) Tap on one of available option (Facebook, VK, Gmail etc.)
6) Login to your Facebook or VK or Google account to bind your guest game data.
You have successfully binded your account! Now you can freely switch between devices.
Q: I've already bound my account. Can I log into my account on other devices?
A: Yes. But there can be only one login at the same time.
Q: I bound my Free Fire account to the wrong Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) account, can I unbind it?
A: For the safety of your account, unbinding of Free Fire account from a third party account is currently not supported. You may create new guest account and bind to correct Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) account.
Q: I've already bound two Free Fire accounts with two different Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) accounts, can I play them both on the same device?
A: Yes. By binding different Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) accounts, you can easily switch between different characters on the same device. You need to Log Out from first Free Fire account to be able to Login to second account.
Q: What if I cannot login to my Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) account?
A: If you cannot log in and lost access to your Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) account we are unable to help you with the recovery process, please contact your respective platform directly. You may also check our guide: Lost Login Account (FB, VK, Gmail and/or Twitter)
Q: Will I lose my guest account if it's not bound to a Facebook (VK, Gmail etc.) account?
A: Guest accounts that are not bound cannot be played on other devices. You'll also lose your game progress when change device or if you reinstall or update the game to new version. Please bind your character as soon as possible.
