If you are still having connection issues despite following the steps in our guide about Troubleshooting step: High Ping, we require you to do a traceroute for us to assist you further by following the steps listed below:
1. Download PingTools Network Utilities: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ua.com.streamsoft.pingtools
2. Open the app and click "bar lines" (as shown below)
3. On the new window, click on "Traceroute"
4. Type the IP address listed below and press "TRACE"
5. Once the traceroute is done (30 hops), click on the "3 dots"
6. Select Gmail to send the result to your email.
