All purchases are final and non-refundable. We can, however, process a 1-time refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased. The account must have the exact number of diamonds to be refunded.
To submit a request for a refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased, you will need to provide the following:
- Player ID:
- In-game Name:
- Screenshot of your Payment receipt:
Please note that we shall only issue a 1-time refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased and reserve the right to refuse further reimbursements. We do not wish to encourage career victims, nor will we penalize players who legitimately make the occasional slip-up.
Processing time may take up to 5 business days upon submission of all the required information.
DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to decline a refund and can only refund purchases made via Google Play. A request must be submitted within the same day to qualify as an accidental purchase.
